About CRS
A letter from our Founder,
I would like to introduce myself and my company to you and your colleagues, as someone that could possibly be of benefit when you could use a third-party independent review of claim documents. I have over 20 years of experience reviewing equipment and or contents for various insurance companies.
I was previously associated with a consulting firm that assisted insurance companies with reviews of all types of machinery/content claims. I am now the Owner and Senior Review Specialist for Claim Review Services (CRS), and I am hopeful that you will consider in the future giving my company an opportunity to assist you with claims you feel that an independent third-party review process would be of benefit. My company is geared toward reviews that do not require onsite inspections, but I can arrange onsite visits when needed.
I started my company in March of 2015 and in 2019 with the increasing amount of claims I was reviewing, I was able to expand the company and hire Ms. Lyci Turner as an additional Review Specialist.
Lyci Turner joined Claim Review Services full-time in 2020 as a Review Specialist and has reviewed a wide variety of machinery and equipment in that time. In addition, she has 10 years of experience in the IT industry prior to working with CRS, along with experience with a screen-printing company and 6 years of office and research experience to assist in the review of your claim. We work together to provide a comprehensive first-class third-party review after our extensive review process.
Whether it is a small dollar amount, a large dollar amount, a single item or a large inventory, we feel that we can provide you with the verifications that you need in assisting you with your claim process. The fee for the in-house review process is calculated using the hourly research rate of $95.00 and an administration hourly rate of $60.00. The average invoice for this service is $400.00 to $600.00, with some less and some more for the larger claims.
A few of the areas that Claim Review Services can be of assistance with are, but not limited to:
- Replacement Cost
