About CRS
A letter from our Founder,
I want to introduce myself and my company to you and your colleagues. I am the Founder and Senior Review Specialist for Claim Review Services (CRS), and I have over 25 years of experience reviewing equipment and contents for various insurance companies.
I was previously associated with a consulting firm that assisted insurance companies with all types of machinery claims. Upon leaving, I opened CRS in March 2015 and continued to review all types of claims. I am hopeful that you will consider, in the future, giving CRS an opportunity to assist you with claims for which an independent third-party review process would be beneficial. In 2019 with the increasing amount of claims I was reviewing, I was able to expand the company and hire Ms. Lyci Turner as an additional Review Specialist.
Lyci Turner joined Claim Review Services as a Review Specialist in 2019 and has reviewed various claims since then. In addition, she has 10 years of experience in the IT industry prior to working with CRS, along with experience in the screen-printing industry and many years of office and research knowledge to assist in the review of your claim. Together, we work through our comprehensive review process and, at the conclusion, will provide you with a third-party report that includes any documents obtained during our review.
Whether the amount is small or large, a single item or a large inventory, we feel that CRS can provide you with the verifications you need for your claim. Our fee for in-house reviews is calculated using the hourly rate of $95.00 with an hourly administration rate of $60.00.
